How it works
1. Choose your service
Pick what you need, or select 'Not sure yet' and we'll assess it when you arrive
2. Pick a time slot
Choose a day and time (ideally in the morning) that suits you. Drop-off takes 10–15 minutes.
3. Pay in advance
We ask for payment when you book your service slot, it keeps the diary running smoothly for everyone. We accept card and cash at the kiosk and card payment online. If the final job comes in over the estimate, we'll contact you before doing the work.
4. Drop it off
Bring your bike to the kiosk at your chosen time. We'll take it from there and be in touch as soon as it's ready.
-
Puncture repairs are done the same day. Servicing and more involved repairs are typically ready the same day if dropped off in the morning, or the day after. Because we're a kiosk with limited storage, we'll let you know as soon as your bike is ready and ask for timely collection — we appreciate your help with that.
-
For quick fixes such as a puncture or a brake adjustment, The Hope pub and a coffee shop are right next door. For services, you'll need to leave the bike with us.
-
No booking? No problem. We're happy to take walk-ins when we have availability.
